This is a pretty common issue with some of our postal partners, unfortunately, where tracking sometimes shows a package as delivered a day before the package actually arrives. If it doesn't arrive in the next 24 hours we recommend taking the following steps;
- First, double check the address on your confirmation email and if it's correct, try to speak with everyone with access to mail there.
- If you're still not having any luck, the next thing to do would be to contact your local branch of the postal service, with the tracking info, and see if they can ask your postal-worker directly about it. Often packages are accidentally delivered to a neighbor or placed somewhere else if the mail slot wasn’t big enough or is full.
