I received someone else's order!
If this happened to you, you're probably freaking out a little. Which is totally understandable. So, firstly let us sincerely apologize.
We perform quality checks and proofing on all orders before shipping them out, but, sometimes something will slip through the cracks, and we end up putting the wrong thing in the wrong package. But we're 100% going to make it right for you.
Simply click on the link provided below and send us a photo of the item you did receive. Our support team will review it within two business days and will arrange for the correct order to be sent out to you ASAP!
You'll get a new tracking number once it's on its way, and you can simply discard or recycle the item you did receive. We'll be sending that person a brand new order too.
