How long does it take to get my money back?
If you cancel an order before it has processed, it can take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to return to your account. This varies depending on who you bank with, how you paid, and where you are located, and we have no control over this process.
If, 7 days after getting your order cancellation email, you do not see the money back in your account, the best course of action is to contact your financial institution.
If you return a product to us for a refund, the refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. From the time we receive the returned item, it can take up to 7 business days.
